Reishelle serves as the operational lead in the Philippines, supporting local coordination, registration and compliance processes, office readiness, and early-stage recruitment support.

Izzy leads brand positioning, service model design, pricing structure, client acquisition readiness, and client-facing experience planning to ensure Work Elites launches with clarity, professionalism, and scale in mind.
